Denmark is the first country in the world to make strengthening User-Centered Innovation a national priority. Achieving this goal can create a significant economic advantage for Danish firms and Danish society. With government and industry support, the DUCI Lab is working to help make Denmark a world leader in User-Centered Innovation research and practice in three major ways:

(1) We bring together academic researchers and leading edge Danish companies in projects to develop, test and assess new methods and tools for user-centered innovation.

(2) We organize periodic face-to-face exchanges of information and experience between world experts specializing in new user-centered innovation methods and DUCI Lab members.

(3) We support development of materials for widespread diffusion of "best practice" user-centered innovation methods to Danish managers in large and SMEs, MBA students, consultants and start-up firm personnel.
